- Place Your Order: Begin by placing your design order. If you’re also ordering a printed product, you can select the discounted design option. Our designer will connect with you via call or WhatsApp to understand your requirements.
- Shortlist Your Preferred Template: After placing the order, we will share a curated selection of templates from online libraries such as Freepik or Shutterstock. You’ll need to shortlist your preferred design for further customization.
- Share Your Content: Provide the required content in text format, along with your logo in high-resolution (preferably in PNG, SVG, or vector format).
- Design Customization: Our design team will customize the selected template based on your shared content. The customized design will be shared with you as per below timeline.
- Revisions & Finalization: We will process any revision requests (included in package) you may have to ensure the final design meets your expectations.
- Final Delivery: Once approved, the final print-ready file will be delivered to you for production or printing.
- Template-based design: All customised designs will be executed using ready-made templates. If you prefer a fully bespoke design, it will be charged separately—please contact us in that case.
- Content format: To begin the design process, please share all required content in proper format—text in editable form, and logo/images in high-resolution (PNG, SVG, or vector). If the content isn't in the correct format, the design process will not proceed.
- Communication: Our designer will connect with you via call or WhatsApp to understand your requirements.
- Brief changes: Any changes to the original brief will not be accepted once design work begins on your selected template.
- Timeline: Please ensure the design is finalised within the given timeline, or the project may be closed.
- Final approval: Once a design is approved, no further changes will be accepted.
- Modifications to existing designs: Editable source files (such as AI or CDR) are required for any design modifications. JPG or PNG files will not be accepted for editing.
- Cancellation policy: As design involves dedicated man-hours, there is a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy.
